@@maturepath874 Nice date night dinner last night at our favorite Italian Restaurant. Then a couple hours at the piano bar at the restaurant. This girl does a version of the song, “The City Of New Orleans,” like nobody else can. I like hers better than Arlo Guthrie. More dinner and dancing with close friends tonight and tomorrow at different venues, bands, and group of friends. Sunday morning church, then lunch with church friends. Then more dancing to live music at another venue and band. We both love dancing to live music. The Sunday evening band plays a lot of slow, polishing the buckle, dance music. Along with some line dancing and a few fast dancing songs.

That is Hilary. I've seen her referred to as Pauline too. There's thousands of photographs of her on sites such as Village Ladies and I think she has her own website too. If I remember correctly she's emigrated from the UK to Australia.

@@maturepath874 Yes I understood that. When I was in my my mid to late teens I liked women in their 30s to 50s. But married one just 3 weeks younger than me when we had just turned 20. A lot of guys much younger, like 20 to 30 years younger than Brandie would hit on her when we went out. And some much older too. Those that got inappropriate were ignored from then on.
We were at a comedy club in an old elegant hotel in a town we lived in for a short while several years ago. Brandie was in her early 60s. We were waiting in line for the ticket office to open. A guy right behind us gave her a polite compliment about her perfume. We struck up a conversation and talked until we got our tickets.
We had a table on the dance floor in front of the stage and he sat at the bar. He sent us a round of drinks and we invited him to come sit with us. We struck up a close friendship that lasted for a little over a year while he was there. He was about your age at 36. He was the project engineer for a major rebuild of a unit in a chemical plant. He stayed in the hotel as he was from Tennessee. He joined us on a lot of our nights out. Just like when we were first married and in the Air Force she danced with him.
In our Air Force days if the wives of our coworkers did not dance with our single coworkers they would not have any one to dance with. There were not very many women in the Air Force back then. While he was on vacation at home in TN we went there and met his wife and kids. We still stay in touch and went to his kids weddings. His wife was 11 years older than him.
We firmly believe that age differences should not matter if there is an attraction to each other rather it is romantic or just a friendship.
