Calcium Carbonate is one of the worst forms of calcium anyone can take! Why not suggest a better form of it? I stopped all calcium supplements due to it showing up in soft tissue areas and my abdominal arteries. I also added Vitamin K2 with Mk-7, which helps to remove calcium from the arteries and take it to the bones, where it should be!
