I swam and flew through the coffee region - Quindio Part 2

My travelers, this is a pretty exciting video as on the second part of our trip to Quindio, this time we went to La vieja River to do rafting, swim and enjoy the wonders of nature, plus we had some typical foods right beside the river.
At the next day we went back to the beautiful town of Buenavista to do paragliding which I've never done before and I can tell you that it was really fun and I had a blast.
However, this series do not end here as we are coming back in a few weeks to show a lot more other things that Quindio has for its visitors so make sure to subscribe so you won't miss new videos of Quindio and Colombia in general.
