Had full rotator cuff tear surgery exactly a year ago, got all my movement back and strength is still improving probably about 80%... but quite a bit of aching still, especially down the bicep area but the pain is nowhere near as much as before the surgery and it's mainly after doing so much physio etc.. my main concern is the constant cracking, snapping and crunching sound, my shoulder consultant doesn't seem concerned and offered a cortisone injection which I refused after looking into them. Some people say it takes 2 years to fully heal so I'm hoping that's the case with me. Thanks.

I went through a labrum tear surgery and it still hurts after 8 years and it clicks sometimes
