Scott Anderson's 2014 marriage proposal to Caroline Blair. Unsuspecting Caroline thought it was just an ordinary family holiday photo at the annual Anderson Jamas & Jeans Christmas party. BTW, I LOVE the older couple on the right (she's wearing a red shirt and he's behind her)!
The woman definitely had a delayed reaction, but I don't think that the gentleman ever caught on to what was happening.
Nonetheless, he hears the hollering and just starts howling for the fun of it!
