  • Lisa Gade reviews the Tineco Pure One S12, their highest end smart cordless stick vac that competes directly with the Dyson V11. It has a digital LED display, capacitive slider for vacuum suction adjustment and a trigger lock. Other cool features include 150 air watts max suction, iLoop dirt detection, a removable battery, lots of included attachments, HEPA filter and an attachment that cleans the filter so you don't have to.

    I bought a tinco stick and have had a lot of issues with battery charging. Plus the internal hepa filter gets so clogged it has to be rinsed once a week. I've only had the input for about 4 months now and while it does vacuum well . we will see how long it holds up.

    without involving Dyson vacuum cleaner ,there is no one that can tell how good any other vacuum cleaner is

    • @nissan_skyline
      @nissan_skyline Před 3 lety +1

      Yes there is. Check out CZcams channels like, Vacuum Wars or Consumer Analysis. In their reviews of vacuum cleaners, they perform a series of stress tests that measure actual airflow, suction power, filtration system efficiency, how well it deep cleans, picks up hair, pet hair on carpets vs. hard floors etc. in real world use situations. The tests they perform speak for themselves and don't allow much room for bias or playing favorites. Dyson is considered the gold standard for vacuums since they're the absolute best in regards to raw power which is why they're always used as a benchmark when evaluating other vacuums. This particular Tineco model actually comes pretty damn close in performance to Dyson's best cordless model currently on the market (V11 Outsize) and it sits within the top 5 most powerful cordless vacuums you can buy right now.
      Suction power, airflow and cleaner head design are the most important elements to consider when it comes to determining how "good" a vacuum cleaner is and with the proper tools/equipment, it's not impossible for someone to figure these things out.

    Tineco's customer support for consumers outside of the US (I'm located in Canada) is really poor. You cannot buy most of the replacement components from the Canadian website, even though they are in stock in on the US site (and the US site will convert currencies - it just won't work for shipping). There's a phone number you call that goes unanswered, and email correspondence is very slow with getting one reply per 24 hours that comes in between 2am-4am EST.
    Just a heads up for anyone else like me who isn't in the US, and who is trying to choose between the S12 and a Dyson!

      Look at the connectors. its THICKER than the crappy Dyson.
      Sorry Dyson, but you are overrated!

    • @rationalmartian
      @rationalmartian Před 4 lety +1

      What stolen technology exactly?
      If you are talking about the centrifugal separation/centrifuge, are you aware this was known about and was a thing before Dyson turned it into a vacuum cleaner debris mechanism.
      It has also been around for quite some while now. I think the patent should be expired. Going off how many manufacturers now use a centrifuge I think it is safe to suppose it has done.

    This vacume has too many filters to clean. When using it on full power it over heats and shuts down for 2hrs. The dirt bin gets full quickly. It stops picking up dirt like small pebble and some medium size fuzz. When emptyting out the dirt bin the dust flies up and you inhale it. You will get dirt on your hands when emptyting into trash. The app did not work. It is a sexy vac but poor functionality.

    Dyson is one of the worst vacuum I’ve ever purchased! For what I paid which was over $699.00 it was horrible. Every time I would vacuum a hardwood floor and carpet it would spit out whatever it sucked up. Customer service was no help and told me they would send me a replacement head but to no avail it did not help. A complete waste of money.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  • @DavyDave1313
    @DavyDave1313 Před 4 lety

    I tried using mine to clean a really dirty carpet. It couldn’t handle it. The bin didn’t even get full and it was spitting out dirt from where it was sucking.
    The motor also now spits out bad smelling air. Smells like skin and dirt - basically what it vacuumed. I kept getting the air channel blocked warning and so I was cleaning the filters with the attachment every 10 minutes. It STILL gave the warning even after cleaning everything and wiping it all down.
    Highly disappointed and now wish I had gotten the Dyson. It smells so bad it’s not usable. I wanna smash it against the wall so angry that I dropped $600 on a vacuum that smells just like my crappy $50 vacuum. But I better not or they won’t accept the return LOL

So I’m pretty much ready to throw the phone and the vac out. So over this technology. I just want things to work the way they used to and I don’t see why we need apps for everything in life..🤬
