In this video I will share an EASY technique to reduce or eliminate a habit of clenching the teeth and jaws during stressful circumstances. But don't be fooled by the simplicity...this is POWERFUL stuff!!
I know you’re genuine by how you stumble over your words at times lol Thank you so much for your expertise. I’m struggling with TMJ but I just found your videos and they seem quite useful
Thank you? Bit of a backhanded compliment there, LOL. I will be launching an app in the next couple weeks. I've gotten a bit more refined in my language and delivery. Still genuine though!
About two years ago a nurse practitioner told me that I was clinching my teeth a night. I didn't realize it. But then realized that I do it in the day sometimes. Just recently I thought about when my problem started, which is a feeling in my head near my ears of fullness and popping. I think it started when my adult son died three years ago. Now I'm learning that teeth clinching is stress related. Thanks for the tips.
Your videos actually cured my click ,but a 2 weeks a go it started coming back ; not severe or tear inducing as it was before , but just a little bit. Then I noticed I was clenching my jaw. If your previous techniques hadn't taught me to be so mindful of my jaw and mouth and face I probably wouldn't have even noticed what I was doing . I will follow this technique having total faith that you can help me once again.
@@alonetimeispeacemind8608 I used Buffalo TMJ's video czcams.com/video/16adJQoCWNo/video.html&ab_channel=BuffaloTMJ where he uses a cork and I watched all 4 of his "How to Cure the Clicking Jaw " and I used his tooth tapping technique (brilliant results !)......I hope these exercises help you. Seriously Buffalo TMJ changed my life !
I’m from Sydney Australia and I just discovered your channel I’m so grateful and I can’t wait to start the the excercises. My right jaw clicks and kind of gets stucks. Sometimes my right side is sore and I also get a lot of nerve tension on the right side of my head. When I was 15 I had bels palsy and one side on my face was paralysed. Not sure if all these things are linked but I’m going to begin the clicking jaw excercises.
