Ultra instinct is real it’s called Flow-state so it’s pretty cool that Batman has mastered that though ofc for Batman is way more broken than in real life
I'm... kind baffled by every time some one states that "dodges a laser" it means it can dodge at the speed of light. This should be stopped forever. Because you dodged someone shoooting you it doesn't actually mean you moved faster than the proyectile. An attack may well be instantaneous, however a great deal in dodging includes predicting and moving out of the way before the attack ever lands. Even in games that require fast reactions, part of the skill consists in being able to time correctly the blow, not in an instantaneous reaction to the attack. Batman does NOT move at the speed of light to assert as such the claim would have to be made that at the very moment the beam is shot it is going to hit him and that he stepped aside past that point.
I agree with you, however, it’s worth noting that while Batman is not dodging at the speed of light, to be able to react and dodge light bass attacks is it important to establish his actual speed. Also within the universe like comic books where our laws of physics and normality don’t necessarily apply to them. For example, Batman supposed to be a “normal” human, but there’s nothing normal about him. he does things that are above super soldier sometimes. So while I may agree with your initial statement, I do believe for the context of a character abilities it is still worth pointing out these feats
Batman just unlocked a whole new level of peak human potential
