I may be the only one but I really want a “what I use in the shower” video, like soaps, shampoos and all. I like to see new things I could try out!
I had the same issue with the shower but in one that’s as big as yours, I would recommend getting a different shower head that’s detachable and has a hose so that you can quickly rinse the whole shower down before you get out each time. It really reduces the amount of soap build up. My mom calls it “giving the shower a shower” before you get out 🤣

She definitely needs a detachable shower head. Every time I finish taking a shower I rinse the tile, the shower curtain, and tub before I get out. It immensely helps with soap and mold buildup. Makes it so much easier to clean too!
For the glass shower:
Buy a squeegee! Every time you’re done showering, use it on the glass really quick so water droplets don’t stay behind. Then when you do clean, I like windex or some kind of glass cleaner for the glass itself, and a lime away or some kind of bath cleaner for other areas!

I absolutely HATE cleaning my bathroom, so my house doesn't usually clean it all that often but I want to start cleaning it more and seeing you cleaning your bathroom is giving me motivation.

Professional cleaner here! 🙋🏻♀️ Use straight vinegar for glass shower doors/walls. The smell is hard to get used to but it eats away soap scum completely and doesn’t leave any streaks! Happy cleaning!!! 🤗
I use dish soap and sponge and magic eraser to clean glass shower, magic eraser takes the water marks away very well. ☺️ hope that helps.
I came to this video simply because for whatever reason I could not clean today without feeling like someone was cleaning with me and getting inspiration. Sometimes I get anxiety and stressed out because I feel like I’m not “cleaning the right way” but videos like this remind me that everyone does things different and as long as your clean and organized that’s all that matters. So I was given this advice for the shower before we moved into our home. I was told to use a water repellent for the shower doors. Squeegee is great for the shower too. Also I was told not to use Windex because it caused damage.
I have a much smaller bathroom and I gotta clean it. Seeing you clean a bathroom as big as yours makes me feel better lol

Love these types of videos. What I use to clean my shower is Ajax powder, dish soap, and degreaser and it helps so much to deep clean.

I have my own cleaning business and the best thing I have ever found to clean glass shower doors is white vinegar. I spray it on thick let it sit while I wash the tiolet and whatnot. Go back and spray lightly again and wipe with a micro fiber cloth.
Just came across your channel and yes leaving your toiletries out can make your space cluttered but speaking from personal experience I tend to leave certain things out that I know I’m going to use every single day and it definitely helps especially in the mornings when I’m trying to get ready for work and get my daughter ready for school so I totally get where you’re coming from. Listen we are all human and life happens as long as we take the time to get our space back together that’s all that matters lol. Absolutely love your channel mama 💕🥰 New subbie here 🥰

oh my g-d! i used to struggle with the shower thing and literally just dollar tree glass cleaner for the door. get the grime off, rinse it really well then use a standard glass cleaner over it to remove any last little bit of grime or residue. and the microfiber cloth is a MUST
I think rinsing the shower 🚿 after every use and let the glass door open, slightly until it drys helps.

For your shower doors after you clean them you can use dishwasher cleaner to out in it then rinse it off. It helps with a barrier to help stay cleaner longer and squeegee them after every shower. Works great! My mom has done this for over 10 years.

We use a window squeegee thing on the glass after each shower it helps remove any soap residue so when you do a deep clean it’s not as bad. We also have an exhaust fan in our bathrooms to reduce the moisture condensation which causes the mold.
This gives me so much motivation. Especially that shower!!
I used to struggle with my glass shower and then I was like never again! So every time I’m done showering I dry the glass with a microfiber towel immediately. Never had to clean it ever since!

Britney, noticed you have those large builder grade mirrors, you can buy nice molding at home depot or Lowe's and frame them. Makes them look so much better.

Do you squeegee your glass door after your shower? On ours after every shower we will squeegee the door and it stays cleaner longer that way
I'm very late to the comments here, but Magic Eraser specifically for the bathroom, on my glass doors and tiles worked amazingly for me against soap scum.
Dryer sheets for the glass door! It works wonders, just wet it and wipe it down and rinse!

I spray kaboom shower guard on the glass doors after cleaning them. It prevents all the water spots and mildew from building up. I can keep my glass doors from looking dirty for up to 2 weeks

I have a frameless glass shower door and after every shower, we squeegee the glass and then when I clean the shower, I use that white vinegar and dawn mixture and it cleans the glass and shower tiles really well. I use the same sponge that's in your video.

I hate cleaning the master bath too!! Maybe cause no one but my husband and I see it.
I think when it comes to the stain from the tray, it depends on what the tray is made of. If its metal, it may be rust but if its wood, it may be staining from moistures getting in contact with the stain on the wood.
I’ve cleaned spots with nail polish remover on those counters. There were a few spots I had on my counter that nothing worked. It sounds bad but it worked well. And no it didn’t ruin them. Try the magic eraser also, that also works well.
What about a deep clean of appliances, like washer and dryer, dishwasher etc.

I use the the soft scrub with bleach in it to clean my tile/glass shower!
Try Bar Keepers Friend for the glass in your shower and for the tile too! it’s the only thing that gets hard water stains off, I usually leave a thick layer on the glass for a couple minutes then wipe clean. Maybe also keep a small squeegee in your shower to wipe the water off the glass before you get out 👍🏼

Mr clean clean freak spray is the best thing for cleaning showers!! I let it sit for a few mins and then go in with the brush in the crevices and a dollar tree brush for the rest of the shower
When I was a kid we had glass showers. My mom bought some kind of spray that we sprayed on the doors after every shower. It really helped!! I’ll have to ask her if she remembers the name of it!

dawn dish soap gets rid of the body oil and soap scum build up and works so great! also make sure to let the bleach sit on those mold spots. if you have tough stains in your shower/tub use bar keepers friend powder + a magic eraser! also for hard water on shower glass use lysol power x10 toilet cleaner, scrub it in and let it sit for like 15-20 minutes and then rise away!! hope this helps :)

I love using kaboom cleaner for my glass shower! Works wonders!
Regular powder tide, bleach, warm water. Mix it together in a bucket and use an old broom 🧹 to scrub and wash the tub and shower. Works great!
I use a squeegee after every shower and when I clean the glass I use a bottle that has a little of the blue dawn dish detergent with vinegar and it has the glass looking new .
Wipe down your fixtures after taking a shower, too! I polish mine every time I clean the bathroom and they look brand-new despite being from circa 1991. I also tidy up and wipe the sink area as I go to avoid being overwhelmed later.

Cilit bang black mould remover will get rid of the black mould! It’s so easy to use, spay, leave on for 15mins and wipe away! It’s so easy! I’m from the UK so it’s pretty easy to get a hold of. Hopefully it is for you as it’s genuinely life changing!

You should try a hand held shower head. It is great for being able to rise the whole shower, I have a large walk in shower and it is a game changer!!! I love the Moen brand

One cup of vinegar hear in the microwave until hot and add 1/4 cup of jet dry and 1/4 cup of Dawn dishwasher liquid. Mix in a spray bottle. I spray at the end of my shower and when I’m done I spray it off. No scrubbing.
Any metal part that touches the countertop will leave yellow stain on the counter top. My kitchen counter top I had the same experience. Around the yellow ring I put the Lysol toilet bowl cleaner and leave it on for 15 min. I also put dawn blue dish soap and scrub and it came right off like magic. Best to remove the tray unless you put those felt sticker underneath your tray.
This couldn't have come at a better time. My bathroom needs some serious TLC but I am dreading doing it. Time to get up and do it before I lose motivation again. 😐

I always clean the bathroom whilst my toddler is taking a Bath. I take everything with me and start cleaning while he is playing. That way my bathroom stays kinda clean all the time.
For cleaning my shower Doors i use a anti calc with a sponge. Then use the squeegee and finish off with a microfiber cloth. We have very bad hard water stains in this house.
Fab clean with me chick, as always!! I’m pretty sure the yellow staining is what happens in like painted window ledges from sun damage or just daylight damage in general. So the sun/daylight has been keeping the vanity top nice and bright white but where the tray has been sat it’s darkened it giving off this yellow stain. I notice it with where my ornaments have been sat on my white painted window ledge all the time. X x
Obviously I know the vanity isn’t painted but I’m just comparing it to where I’ve noticed it happen in my home! Also maybe a magic eraser will help bring it back to white :-)
I use distilled vinegar with a microfiber rag (from the car wash section) and I use that on the glass, trim, and the track since we have sliding glass shower doors. I don’t experience mildew at all, just some shampoo or conditioner build up. But then again I deep clean twice a month
Don’t wet the rag when cleaning the glass. Just use the dry rag and spray vinegar on the glass directly and wipe with the dry rag. Streak free!

EdFred shower stall and tile cleaner for the scum and hard water spots on the glass. It's like magic. Squirt a little on a sponge and use circular motions. It's amazing and so easy
