Is a regular period every a period that falls in the same exact day every month. For example every 21 days or every 22 days etc. can someone have a regular period and range between every 21-27 days
She said 21to35 days dear. So you're good. And it changes in range as well if you aren't definite regular. Like mine ranges from 30 to 35 days. So long as you are getting periods and in that range it's ok.

But it also depends because if you have 2 periods in the same months you could still have a 21 day cycle, if that happens out of nowhere and often then maybe it could count as irregular? My cycle for example looks (if you count the cycle days) pretty regular.. But my period is irregular and I never know when it comes. Everyone is different, the cycle days "normal range" is just a estimate. Go see a doctor/gynecologist for a better answer 😂
If its less than 28 days, you might be having a short luteal phase or short follicular phase. I have a short follicular phase and ovulate early. But my luteal phase is always 14 days as it should be. If the time between the last day of your period and the day you ovulate is 7 days your follicular phase is good. If the time between ovulation and the first day of your next period is 14 days, then your luteal phase is good. So knowing when you ovulate each month helps to know if your phases are the right length. If your follicular phase is less than 7 days, the egg doesn't have enough time to mature before it is released. And therefore most likely won't be able to make a zygote when fertilized due to its immaturity. If the luteal phase is too short then then the endometrium (uterine lining) doesn't have enough time to thicken making proper implantation harder.
