On a completely unrelated topic governor. Where is the $500 million allocated for mental health care and other $500 million allocated for homelessness from the last two years of your proposed balanced budget? I have not seen one single thing change in Los Angeles which I know received a huge portion of that money. I recently called regarding a woman in mental crisis and after she told the four officers that showed up to go out themselves they got in their SUVs and promptly drove off leaving her rocking and screaming and crying on the ground in the middle of the night. Those of us that have called California home for decades are not feeling the love or support you personally promised us. And good luck trying to get someone on your staff to speak to you on the phone.

Gavin I live in Victorville CA. The population sign on our freeway four years ago said 101,000, now it says 136, 000, which means that there 36, 000 new people here now most do not speak English. Needless to say I am devastated and I am looking desperately looking for somewhere else to live. I'll bet your happy and content where you are.
