Concordia security room is an awesome place to get your Gunsmith rare parts. It hides a lot of attachments that are not usually found in gun crates. So if you are struggling to find, per se:
M14 UltiMAK M8 Forward Optic mount
AK Zenit RK-3 pistol grip
Magpul PRS GEN3 stock
Stark SE-5 Express Forward foregrip
AR-15 Naroh Arms GRAL-S pistol grip
And so on, you should really consider looting this room...
