Did them for all the other videos where Insym plays with the devs too, but they were way after they were posted so nobody saw them.
It's so refreshing to see a developer play their own game! It's helpful in balancing and changing things in the game to make it more fun and appealing to the players. A lot of companies need to take notes, ESPECIALLY dbd developers (BHVR)
Well that's usually the difference between a development team that cares about their game and one that doesn't and never has.
Not many developers in the industry have the free time to play their own games, and just do it as part of their job (like DK). That’s one reason you see many studios have community managers in their place that play their game in their free time. It is cool when you see a developer play their own game and some just enjoy playing & making it. It shows they have passion for and faith on the project they work on at the studio.
I'm quite sure (but can't remember from which video) that the DBD dev also often play DBD too, on their break or something. They also told that they got toxic and tea-bagging from the player and I find that hilarious
@@RanattaYnon Yeah, ppl often say that they don't play their own game bc most of them aren't that good + of how sometimes they are balancing some perks/killers. But honestly, dbd requiert so much from players that's it's understandable that they don't have the times to try hard and get good like some ppl do
I really love that we get to know whats going on behind the scenes when insym gets to play with the developers. Love the relationship they have with the community ;D
The only 2 except PhasmoPhobia games that have good relationship with community is Payday and ETS2

Regardless of the game, if the developers are interacting with the community you have to give them big props. And in our case with phasmo, the developers are amazing people, gave me a lot of laughs in the past week. Love to see it. Keep it up with the vids, insym and the devs keep it up with the great game you've given us : )
Seeing Lavender die on the first map was priceless. Insym you have completed the trifecta of killing all 3 devs.

I would love to see a grocery store map. Maybe rotten produce could be an interaction on that map. The freezer section could give you a false positive for freezing temps.
That's a good one. Other ones would be a graveyard, old battle site, museum, and an old colonial house or restaurant (think Savannah, GA)
You could include a mech where the freezer is 100% freezing with power on, but turning the breaker off returns it to "normal." Basically, if the ghost is in there, the breaker needs to be shut off.

i think the best thing about the development of the game and the devs in general is that nothing is confidential, of course some things are redacted for surprise/ fun instead of being told everything etc

A while ago, I had no one to watch as I had watched everything on CZcams I liked because they don’t upload that much. That was before I found the incredible being that is insym putting others to shame with his uploads usually 3 times a day and I can’t even keep up with all the incredible and helpful content, thank you Insym for making my life brighter

One of the biggest things I would love to see changed for equipment are the flashlights. Currently, if you have them turned off, swap to another inventory item, and then swap back to the flashlight it will turn on automatically. Would love for it to stay off even when you switch to it.

I absolutely adore games where you can tell that the devs are super invested into. They are open, friendly, and really want to share with people and the communities they build up from their game/s alone. It's just phenomenal imo. I bought phasmophobia thanks to these videos. The amount of care put into phasmophobia you can FEEL, and to see older videos of the game and be able see it's transformation into today's is also insanely cool. All in all, I really hope this game continues to shine and be loved for what it is. It's an insanely good time, and I hope they add more features (such as: subtitles; even little ones here and there for us with tinnitus/etc., because not being able to decipher xyz sound, or more importantly HEAR them really makes you get killed... a LOTTTTTT, a lot a lot... sometimes utterly unplayable).

I think, with the "Twins" ghost, there should be a special kind of ghost event. Have a model with two little children that'll stand in place while laughing, and/or, have two little children slowly walk towards the player while humming or singing.
The problem with custom models/events is that it may too easily give away the ghost. I would love it, but I thinks it's against the spirit of the game, pun intended.

The devs could add a feature where the person who has their flashligh on to grief others has prio on on during a hunt. So if the ghost sees two people it will focus on the one who has their flashlight on. Could also make it so that only works when two people are close to one another to prevent juggling.
i feel like this is probably the best solution. just have the ghost actually go for the one holding the equipment as you can easily slip away and hide again whilst the party member is being killed off. having a grace period between kills doesnt stop *you* from being killed by someone else and seeing as they already removed the option to turn on/off things that arent in your hands due to trolls i dont see why they cant find a fix for this as well.
I love this kind of videos as they give some in depth view of the game but a little improvement idea would be to hop into a DC call with your partner which would nullify any aspects like distance

Insym is the reason I love watching Phasmophobia. Most other streamers play for the fun and jump scares, which is great fun, but Insym plays at a professional level. Thank you developers. With each update, the game becomes more amazing. PS ... I hope to see the day when Insym hits level 1,000,000 :)
Karen heard one of the managers was in the building and demanded to talk to him...many times.
They should add a very rare Casper encounter where nothing scary happens and he whispers encouraging things to you, and brings you items from the truck.
Insym's suggestion with the ghost event bites him in the butt in the future. I love it!
A catacombs map with some new items like rope would be awesome. This may be a bit too much work though so alternatively a Chernobyl-esque ghost town would be dope(miniaturized ofc).

Towards the end of the video when you guys got a raiju that acts like twins, I had a similar experience on Tanglewood. I could've sworn it was twins because it was doing things in one of the bedrooms but then it switched the breaker off. Then it did the same ghost event back to back in the bedroom (slammed the door shut, turned off the light, my flashlight started flickering, and the ghost started singing). It felt like the ghost was everywhere at once, so I guessed twins but it was a raiju.

I've wanted to play this game on console since I first found this game last year. I do own the game, but my laptop is actual garbage so playing it is pretty much impossible. I'm so excited to be able to play on console, this is the only game I watch so many playthroughs of that I don't actually play myself. Even if it is months or even a year down the line, I'd love to see the day it gets a console release!

something cool would have been if the weathers buffed diffrent things, like the fog ruins the line of sight for players and ghosts, and also the motion sensors doesnt always detect activity in front because of fog. and then with wind it would blow out the candles and also make the sound sensors detect the winds sound.
insym goes in with a candle (not lit) and the ghost starts hunting right when he leaves,

Talking about how to avoid the ghost during a hunt, my brother got around it during a hunt in an upstairs room in Grafton by sprinting around it. Not looping, just literally juking it.

1:03:19 about the griefing issue. It's logical to make it so while the ghost is killing someone, you have a window of 2-5 seconds where the ghost is busy killing, then the hunt resets imo. It's logical and could work
I die like crazy in VR on this game. Having to grab the door handle specifically and at closer range than when using mouse and keyboard adds 3 or 4 seconds to me sitting like a duck.
Jesus christ that campsite entrance door creaking noise scares me every time.

They should make it to where you can talk to your dead teammates with the spirit box
Also with that you would have to make visibility of ghost detecting objects non existent for dead teammates as well. (Ghost writing, etc.)

I think instead of buffing speed across the board, why not make the ghosts a bit faster the further they are away, similar to a jinn, and give the jinn his old ability of being faster when the player is sprinting. After the sprint rework that seems like it'd have some pretty cool interplay with that.
That would make the ghosts similarly navigable and escapable in closer ranges, but able to catch up and close the distance, putting them into close range more often which is way more tense.
Narrowly escaping the ghost is a great experience and that would make it possible more often.
I think a theme park, corn maze mini map, and mall would be cool maps....maybe a game update where you have to find clues of the ghosts death & maybe their body..?
Idk there's a lot of ways this could go.

at like 1:09:00 you said that phasmophobia can t run on a potato, but with everything on low and resolution 640x480 i get like 40-60 fps on tanglewood, i don t know how much fps i get on asylum or prison because i have lvl1 and yeah but i have a playable experience with intel pentium g840 and his integrated graphics card, sadly i don t have it on my steam account, i have it in a friend s account but i still love this game because of you, keep the good work my man!

Cool ghost idea:
Weakness: shining a flashlight at the ghost will stun it for a small amount of time
Strength : the more light it is exposed to the faster it get (max speed is a little bit faster than the rev)

it would be cool if they put polaroid cameras in here and if you go into a dark spot where the ghost recently was and take a random picture and wait 10 seconds for the photo to clear it would a show the shadow of the ghost at a random time.

There is an actual bug on the Edgefield map, in the nursery room. You can stay near the ladder crouch, the ghost will see you but cannot catch you!

I've had the same combination of ghosts as the first game a lot recently and everytime they were chain hunting like crazy, i have no idea what they changed to make this happen but you said it yourself they shouldn't chain hunt by design...
I think it's so annoying you can't tell events apart from hunts
I know they have a couple scrapped or on the book ideas for maps, but they should definitely do a 3 story town house with a cellar. I understand they want to stray away from generic housing, but I mean most ghosts (at least as far as actual investigations go) are in a house. I’d also love to see like office spaces, factories, even a cleaned up school. Hell, even a junkyard would be creepy. Just pray they don’t do a cliche graveyard ghost…
Idk why i could just imagine the ghost fist bumping the dev and being all chill before killing him out of respect, then just running at Insym at mach 3
