Honestly yeah a flammable map would be interesting to play in... Though... I'd assume it might murder your frame rates depending how much is burned.

6:57 You can actaully explode manually by typing "bind KEY explode" in the developer console and then pressing the key that you binded. Or you could just type "explode".

5:11.. Well, the moment has come... This little 2d pixel art clip showed here is actually a real game.
It is Gang Garrison 2, the "unnofficial official" Team Fortress 2 demake.
Why am I saying this? Well... I love that game, I live in a third world country, and for that reason I played a lot of GG2 before I could have a PC that could run TF2 at at least 30 fps (after all, GG2 being a demake, is a game that can run even in a potato, saving me from boredom from many years)... The sad part of the story is that... The game is actually dead, and not dead like some uncultured people think TF2 is, I mean dead dead from reality... There are two or three servers, without any person playing...
The point where I want to end is that, I would really love someone to bring the little game some attention, IT DESERVES IT, IS AN ENTIRE GAME MADE BY THE COMMUNITY THAT MIMICS THE CLASSES, GAMEPLAY, MUSIC AND FEELING THAT TF2 HAS, just with a retro really cute pixel art style (My love for pixel art probably born from this game). I don't really understand how this game ended up like this, it has soooo many maps (made by the players using a proper map maker incorpored in the game), mods and plugins to change and twist the gameplay and look of the game etc... Is just TF2 but... Little and pixelated.
I'm not asking you to play it now... But, I just cant avoid at least trying recommend you to try it someday. Idk, making a stream a full filling a server with some viewers, just for some quick fun... Just to bring the game some attention by making more people realize its existance (Edit: Also, I can't be the only person that like TF2 but can't play it properly for not having a decent PC right? GG2 is the solution for that, or at least it was for me).
Like I said, it deserves it, TF2 was born in the year 2007... GG2 in 2008, it is just one year older and so many people was relationed with it across the many years, players, modders, map creators etc... Just like TF2 but... Little and pixelated, made by the community for the community.

This is one of my favorite TF2 videos lol
It's been awhile since i've been here and commented, mainly because of life, and some depression, but i am back i suppose.
Anyways, gotta say, the whole update situation really is saddening. I wouldn't say this is 100% a video recommendation, but i know other people have recommended it, but "I miss TF2" or something like those lines by CZcamsr FUNKe really does sum up the state of the game right now.
Outside of that, i just miss, *any* new content. I'm someone who loves scream fortress, and don't get me wrong, i really, really like a lot of the maps from last years and a few years before that, but at some point they just stopped doing *New* scream fortress stuff and just turned the entirety of those updates to the community.
Although, and i know this is for some reason a controversial opinion, but i'd rather have valve deal with the bot issue once and for all over a new major update.

I also kind of wish Valve would do something for this game.
Personally, I think Valve should just rewrite all of the code entirely. Just refresh everything, make it easier to sort, easier to code going forward, and maybe even do the same with Source while they're at it. That might deal with some bots, but it would definitely make updates easier.

"AI developed" scripts use an AI trained on a certain type of text (say, previous updates, cards in a given game, stories written by a specific author, etc.) and let it create barely intelligible absurdities from the new text it generates. The person involved in a given video just "curates" the AI generated text, cutting out run-on nonsense, single word sentences, or occasionally things that make too much sense, and does something with that AI generated text; in this case, makes a video animating it all.
It's just as ridiculous as it sounds.

TF2 doesnt do anything new because valve sucks, and there's like 1 dev working on the damn game. Most people work on newer projects and ditch old games which is a shame. You can do so much more with it :/
