you can regrip for jb perm if it has pre-auf, if theres no pre auf dont regrip, if theres pre auf, you can do a soft regrip which means regripping wont take extra time

@@flyst2150you regrip while doing the auf move with the other hand so you don’t really lose time
@@flyst2150because when you don’t time it with the regrip, regriping for j perm is faster (only by a tiny bit) which is why I do it when there’s preauf
@@flyst2150 imo regrip jb is more comfortable for me, but doing pinch when there no pre auf is worth it
