The six eyes themselves have cursed energy. Limitless Technique Manipulation imo is the biggest flex, can precisely manipulate the technique to achieve incredible feats. Now mix that with blood manipulation, soul punching ect.

It's stated that no one can have more than 4 curse techniques, or your brain will burst. Kenjakou officially has 3 CT right now, but he may have another one (by Yuki). Yuta is able to use many CT because of Rika, which is considered an external storage.
If Yuji can have other's CT by consuming them, he must choose thoroughly because right now he has two, i don't think he can add more than two others.
I'll point out that yugis body doesn't follow any of the normal rules

Yuji and other humans can only eat cursed objects based on what we've seen so far, and only Kenjaku and Sukuna know how to make them. No one has eaten a curse and got it's power outside of Geto

It’s never stated that Yuji’s ability only works on objects and if it did that would create a plot hole. It’s explicitly stated that Yuji’s abilities work on the same principle that Sukuna’s do and that Sukuna ate his twin to get dismantle, who of course was not an object. Besides all that Nanami’s ct was reused for a cursed tool which his student had been using against Sukuna. Obviously neither Kenjaku nor Sukuna had any part in its creation as that would create yet another plot hole. Basically nothing about your comment is accurate and I don’t know how you got to this conclusion.

Just eating regular flesh won’t let Yuji get their technique it has to be a cursed object which is something only Kenjaku and Sukuna knows how to do to our knowledge. I also don’t get why he doesn’t think Yuji and Yuta already switched since Yuji already said they were planning on doing it. And the messy art style for Gege was because it was unfinished he did the same in Maki’s arc and it got fixed in the official volume.
Yuji ate the womb paintings (which are alive, not objects) for blood manipulation so it’s not off the table at all. Gojo is a sorcerer not just some regular person. Besides that Sukuna got dismantle from a sorcerer effectively the same way.
