Its funny how quagsire's line has been one of the best if not the best counters to some of the best ubers ever, in gen 4 it was kyogre thanks to water absorb , in gen 8 it was the only cou ter to zacian , and in gen 9 it's ranked quite high just because it can go against non choice specs miraidon.
