Hey doc I been having diabetic leg symptoms a lot of pain/tingles and a cut that hasn’t healed in weeks I don’t have a doctors appointment until a week from now and I’m scared it’ll get worse by then any tips to help control/ better it
I’ve been having the neuropathy since summer last year, but due to covid19, diagnosis has been slow. Am I too late to do anything? How long is too long? I wanna start finding relief (been trying to for a while actually).
I'm experiencing tingling like itching mainly on my head and neck throughout the day everyday for the last 12 months. I was hoping that it might have something to do with what this videos about. I consume quite a bit of sugar daily..
Nope but I strongly recommend that you don't eat lots of sugar - if it doesn't give you diabetes, it will eventually lead to obesity and all the problems associated with it. Bw Simon
@@DrSimonFreilich just wish I knew what causes it. It's extremely annoying but only lasts a couple of minutes, similar to an allergy itch.. Thanks for your videos, I enjoy it..

Another fine British physician like yourself, Dr. Ron Taylor, did a good trial just on the reversal of type 2 using a 700 calorie liquid diet for several weeks - with maintenance thereafter. czcams.com/video/tpuCqlGw7J4/video.html I'm going for it. I am early in the disease process, slight numbness in the left foot, recent type 2 diagnosis. 50 year old -- should weigh about 165 but weight 210. I was an endurance athlete when I was younger, so I am going to do some ocean swimming and calisthenics, and try intermittent fasting and a low calorie diet until I am truly lean inside and out. It's not a controlled study, but I'll let you know how it goes.

Have you ever had a patient that reversed it? Not just stopped it, but reversed it?
One - via weight loss. Reversed their diabetes and their neuropathy. I'd love to see a proper trial one day.
