Look at the orbital range tf 6:27
Effarto La Cobo Orbital does not have that range normally, it hit GM because he extended Lee’s hit box by doing his flurry kicks and even then he barely hit him. Orbital range is usually abysmal.
It’s also such a good move too because it’s not punishable and low crushes

late reply, but I think it had something to do with picking the map. there often is some kind of rule about whether you get to pick what you want or if you have to go for random
If you lose, you can either change character or change map. You can't do both. Someone of FightingGM's caliber should already know that tho lol dude was nervous and forgot most likely. Who wouldn't against JimmyJTran.
