I don't know what to do, i have no left idea...i verified my age, toggled on the Beta switch, volume is up in game and on the device and tried every setting i could possibly find on google to solve the problem but nothing worked! On Laptop i can hear the sound of the game but can't hear what others say with vc. Talking by myself doesn't work aswell. There is no mic above my head and also no settings for in- and output in the game. On mobile it only works when i join the game with headphones but the sound doesn't come out of the headphones instead it comes out the phone. A bit weird.

It was an update i guess cause before vc wasn't able for the app but now it is so it should work. But on the website it always worked just not for me cause it somehow doesn't work for my account, still don't know why, so i keep on using the app. Hope this helped in some way.

slight update! someone else said that upon changing their connection (wifi) to another one it fixes the issue. personally i use mobile data so at first it only worked w the normal wifi, but once i updated my phone (a restart may work as well) it allowed me to vc on my mobile data as well. and if this doesn't help, i guess waiting for roblox to fix it is the best option to go for

maybe its bc your volume is off maybe if you just turn your volume up or the server that you were in dosent work vc so then you just have to join another server.
