    I saw you benching on the other video. Why do you do them so fast and only tiny movement. Is pushing the weight using more tricep?

      I focus on being explosive. Moving the weight as fast as possible is the goal,but upper chest is still the primary muscle.

      A lot of big time bodybuilders used short range too. Ronnie, Jay, Phil
      Good way to keep constant tension on the target muscle

    Clearly your a strong dude but that was atrocious, bar bouncing quarter reps! No hate thats just not a display of strength at all and isnt doing anything for muscle growth but you do you! Im 165 and can hit 225 for 10 pause reps and am not a particularly good bencher

      Whatever you say bro…25 reps is clearly comparable to 10 😅
