Good dental work,but I don’t like the finish facial profile. I would persuade patient to accept surgery. I will postpone the orthodontic only treatment . Once started the dental compensation treatment, it would be impossible to perform surgery in the future.
The face of this patient would not have a chance to be pretty.
Yeah, the bite itself was fixed, the lip competence too, but her facial profile remains way too concave (tall and protruding chin x flat and set back midface). For her: maxillary advancement, mandible body rotation upwards and slight retraction (but focus more on the maxillary advancement).

Her face is still way too concave, I would recommend surgery (Advance maxilla significantly + rotate jaw upwards/counterclockwise + retract jaw slightly).

Hello Doctor, I have the same problem as the person in the video, in Paris they offered to do jaw surgery but I don't want to do it because it's a heavy procedure. is it possible to have orthodontic treatment to retract my lower jaw? knowing that I removed the 2 bottom wisdom teeth and the last bottom molars too. THANKS
No reasonable orthodontist would want to do this to their patient! Get the surgery!
