- My gardening journey started with a few common succulents 12 years ago. Now I own close to 400 plants in my small 1 bedroom apartment. Taking care of them is no easy task but I love doing it. In this video, I let you in on how I care for them and steps I take to ensure the process is not tedious. Every week I have assigned Friday as my neem oil spraying day. In the evening I spray it on all my plants as a preventive measure. After watching this video, I will put seaweed solution regularly in my plants! Thanks Ann for this video. It's really joyful to see your green balcony!
I m always afraid to spray neem oil..whenever I spray it leaves start to droop, I know it's organic..I ve changed brands also...my sick kadamb plant 2 yrs old..died after neem oil spray...
Can u suggest any other option😔
@@mukta2822 Hello you can try add just 1ml of neem oil plus few drops of pril or vim liquid or any mild detergent to 1litre of water and use as a foliar spray in the evenings.👍hope it helps.
I loved several of the plants you own. Would it be possible for you to make a video giving the names of your house plants alongwith a general idea about where they can be purchased from?
Loved your video and your garden. Saw it for the first time. One thing that I do to my plants almost every morning is I sing to them and believe me it works wonders. 😊
i just drank in the shot of your living room and out into the balcony…beautiful! probably my favorite “tool” is a very thin bamboo skewer. i gently stick it to the bottom of the pot, avoiding roots when i come to them. that way i can tell if. the plant really needs water and i’m giving a bonus aeration as well.

Agree with you about it not being cumbersome, as I love it . I have a small garden in Kerala, I used to live in Mumbai, used to grow plants there also in my small balcony,but what you are doing is really a challenge since one feels like buying everything, one sees,yet you have so many space constraints and what not and yet you are managing so well, so hats off to you for that.👍👌🌻☘️🌺🍄🌷

I found growing veggies attracts pests. I had tried green chilly whicch had white flies and amaranthuswhich had mealybugs. Madam u r an inspiration for us flat dwellers. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

That was a good info, one think i regularly check on plants is infestations.I never keep infested ones near the heathly one,especially veggies which will definitely ruin the others badly which are so prone to diseases

Your gardening videos are so inspiring and encouraging! I liked the idea of drenching the moss pole with sea weed solution, just one question there. Won't that make the soil in the pot mushy? Ultimately the water will collect at the bottom right? Have you had any issues with this, if so how do you manage that? Thank you in advance!
