In this video I switched wheels on the Cushman Hauler Pro Cart and the Tires on the Lifted Limo. 35's Seem to look better on the bigger longer cart and the 33s look at home on the cushman. Whats the point in this? "Never Fall Victim To The Norm"!

    You asked for suggestions.
I like chrome. I would add chrome diamond plate side skirts on each side.
Since your sides have been extended. You may have to buy 2 sets.
Cut the 1st set in half and install the front part and the back part.
On the 2nd set cut of the the curved pieces from the front and the back, and use the remaining middle pieces to fill in the middle of the side skirt. Im not sure if you would eld everything together or just screw it in as 3 pieces on each side with sheet metal screws.
    .
I dont like how the tires stick out in front of the front edge of the body.
I think I would cut the front body horizintally and extend it out about 6 inches with fiberglass.
I would then make sure that the wheel opening is centered above the tires so that it looks like the body was intended to fit tires that large.

I am interested in haviing you make the LED hoops that get strapped to the non-moving part of the axle or the hub. I was going to buy about 6 pieces of aluminum 1 inch stock that you did about a year ago. Do you think plastic is better. Its been my experience that certain plastics just dry out out and crumble after time in the sun and the heat. Our average summer day is over 100F, which is just plaiin hot.

On your limoo cart, how are other people that are not as tall as you, going to get up on there?
Do you have any experience with installing side steps, or electric folding running boards to provide help to get up into the cart?

I see your using your air gun to attach the lug nuts.
Do you use a torque wrnech on your lug nuts?
What setting do you use on your torque wrench?
Who specifies the number of pounds of pressure? Is that the manufacturer of the lug bolt studs?

Did you have to change the axle gearing to a lower ratio on any of your carts with these bigger tires? I’ve got 26” tires for my precedent with a 4kw navitas and eco battery setup, just waiting for my allsports lift to come in to finish it up and I’m just wondering how the cart will do with standard gears?

I'd like to see how long the motor and drivetrain work with those gigantic tires and rims on it. You definitely can't put that on a golf course with that mud tread on them.

Why do you buy all terrain tires?
Do you really drive your carts in the woods or somewhere other than paved roads that have asphalt or cement?
Doesnt the extra noise of the tires bother you?
Are these large tires bias play or steel belted radials?
Did you buy them at a auto tire store?

Yo, Im about to put a 6 inch lift on my 96 EZGO TXT. Its a decent motor thats in it and I want to put 22 inch tires on it. How much more of a strain will this put on the motor and how much will it affect battery life? I live in Utah so hill are pretty frequent.

    • @Fentertainment
      @Fentertainment  Před 2 měsíci

Not much at all. Its pretty common to run a 6" lift and 23s.

I didnt do the 12" lift in that video but its the same principle. In the video I only added 2" to fit the 27s. Then I cut the 2"s of it out and added 6" to make 12" - czcams.com/video/Y5O88fDMX68/video.html
