When you see other guitarists play this you realise how well crafted the lead break is. It's not just ~"lotsa notes in the right key played fast". It's a well structured solo, with blazing fast bits, more melodic bits and all of it crafted to fir the rhythm and melody of the rest of the band. Glenn Tipton set a challenge for other guitarists. Courtney does a damn fine job of reaching the bar here.
Breaks my heart that Jill left us way too soon. The best in what she did we will always have her close to our hearts. RIP girl , heaven is rocking now.

Suicide. 43 years old.
Jill was diagnosed with Bipolar Depression at 20 years old and took her own life at 42 years old, near Portland, Oregon.
She said she was born in 1975, making her 42 when she passed, although several news sources listed her age at 43.
Apparently, in addition to
Bipolar Depression, she had been diagnosed with cancer as well, according to the research I did on her passing. R.I.P.

Michael Westen Oh, yeah, I completely misunderstood. I’ve seen them 4 times and all 4 were after Nita left too. I wish I had seen them at least once with her still in the band, but Nikki is awesome too!👍
@@durrrrl3435 Absolutely, they all are great musicians who know their craft. And so honestly down to earth people. I'm a Maiden fan since the 1980s and I discovered the girls on youtube a couple years back. Went to their show for the first time last year and was thrilled. Sadly their European tour this years is wiped out but I hope to see them again next year.
Michael Westen Same here, dude! Maiden has been my favourite band since 1983 when I saw them on the Piece Of Mind album, in fact that was the first concert I ever went to!
I saw The Iron Maidens on CZcams in 2013 or 14 and then saw them live in 2015 in Hamilton and then the next night in Toronto. Then 2 more times in Toronto; 2017 and 2018. I met them the first time in Hamilton and was actually hanging around and shooting the shit with them for about half an hour afterwards and they were awesome, super nice girls!!👍 I hope they come back soon, I can’t wait to see them again!🤘🤘
