I guess, but actors often have a lot of time off when shooting. The lights, sound, camera and all the other members of the crew do a lot of work setting stuff up for the shot, which can take hours. Also, fan interactions can also boost sales for the final movie, so it's not like they are taking time away from the other crew member nor are they hurting the movie's potential.
