Frozen foods won’t do you any good when there are power outages

Make sure to absolutely get canned or dehydrated fruits so that you don't get scurvy which kills. Dehydrated has the most nutrients.

There's multiple ways of getting vitamin C from the world around you. Pine needle tea is a good example.

If you cook lentils add some peanut butter honey a little brown sugar they're creamy and they taste good you can also add cinnamon to it

Wouldn't all the nutrients in canned lentils be gone due to high heat when canning. ??? I gonna try planting a raw lentil seed & see what happens. Wal-Mart has the best prices on these food items.

Best to buy them dry and store them in glass jars with a sealed lid, cans have plastic linings which eventually break down into the food.

Recent testing in research labs has resulted in demonstrating more nutrients present in canned goods than once thought. Also, look into pickling and fermenting-both of which enhance and boost nutrient value.

I just can my own food all year long. Meats and beans, soups, etc in winter and fresh vegetables and sauces, salsas and jams in summer.

There is no climate emergency. Just government corruption of our tax dollars and loading their pockets with insider trading!

I don't eat lentils, grow my own tomatoes, not much of a veggie person. I do have tuna incase I can't get cat food and sardines for the dog that has cancer. Canned fruits ain't that great because of the acid in them.

Wae live on a climatologically and geologically active planet. The planet is coming into a post glacial period. The climate is going to warm, so get off the bloody soapbox.
