We are on the Third Sunday of Lent; in today’s gospel, we hear how Jesus drove the merchants and money changers out of the temple area. “Take these out of here, and stop making my Father’s house a marketplace,” he told them. “What sign can you show us for doing this?” the Jews retorted. Then the Lord said: “Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up.” They could not believe him.
Friends, this incident is one of those that they used to plot against Jesus. But he was teaching everyone about the new sacrifice pleasing to God. And the new Temple of God’s presence. In Jesus we can offer God an acceptable sacrifice. Jesus is the sign that they demanded. Are we still looking for other signs, brothers and sisters? Look to Jesus.

I always set time to devote for my work in the vineyard.I pray for tolerance and forgiveness for what I have said and done.I could be the elder son who never went.I pray let the father of heaven and earth be my judge

The passion and death of the lord Jesus Christ in the cross is the story of the victory of christianism over paganism.
Jesus Christ is a covenant and Jesus Christ is a gift are entities inconsistent and contradictory against each other.These two doctrines create faith in the darkness
My conscience cannot rest over how the mass being attended by my daughter dutifully is being exposed as being one with Jesus Christ's sacrifice
Jesus came with a purpose.Sacrifice come to everyone.But is the purpose an observance to all His commandments
This gospel proclaims Jesus Christ's condemnation of paganism

Children,in order to lead them to a sense of purpose in attending the mass, are required to relay the gospel lest they have not participated in the banquet of the lord
The world is desperately in need to recover the word was God.The world nowadays are celebrating the holy eucharist without the sense of purpose that the word incarnate commanded
It's hard to accept that the holy eucharist is being one with Jesus Christ's sacrifice rather than that it is the banquet of the lord
This gospel proclaims that the temple is the place where the light of the world emanate.Making the temple money making place makes the it black and dark as nebula
To please god is to perform the obligation of man in the covenant with god. There is no other way to please a party in a covenant but the fulfillment of the reciprocal duty.
I will not argue with anyone but as worker in the vineyard I humbly proclaim that the church rituals nowadays are money making ventures.
On good Friday Jesus will proclaim once and for all that the pagan Jews and Romans cannot receive the power of God the father lord of heaven and earth .The only way to the Father is Jesus Christ.
It's impossible to see the dazzling clothes of the transfigured Jesus Christ in sacrifice pleasing to god. Everything exposed here mysterious
The sense of purpose of this gospel is about paganism against christianism.Jesus proclaimed that he is the transfigured light of the temple, the offerings of the pagan's are the darkness in the temple.
The gospel is about Jesus Christ's temporary passion over the pagan's use of the temple. To expound this as sacrifice makes the word incarnate dark and black as pitch
In every holy eucharist, the word is always proclaimed that "blessed are those invited to the banquet of the lord." Unfortunately the venerable Cardinal do not understand what is served in the banquet of the lord Jesus Christ.
The banquet is the word was God in the holy eucharist .the banquet is the sense of purpose of the holy eucharist.The food therein is gospel of the lord
It is very frustrating to hear the Cardinal proclaiming "How can we teach the community that the holy eucharist is being one with Christ in his sacrifice." This proclaims to the world that He Cardinal Tagle does not know the sense of purpose of the holy eucharist commonly known as the mass
The old testament is preached as the old covenant, The new testament is the new covenant.Covenant is a conditional promises made by god to humanity
Sacrifice is off tangent to the sense of purpose of this gospel.Jesus drove pagans out of the temple.He has already proclaimed that he came with purpose.So what is his for doing these acts?
My god! The venerable Cardinal Tagle is in quandary how to lead people to accept that the holy eucharist is the way we participate in the sacrifice of the lord Jesus Christ in the cross.By these words exposed by the venerable Cardinal Tagle the holy eucharist lost it's sense of purpose.
how can an idolaters be pleasing to God 😢
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them nor serve them”: second of the Ten Commandments.
Sacrifice is not what Jesus Christ is doing in this gospel.He drove money making pagans out of the temple.The temple and the rituals therein shall not be sold as in the market
It is heinous to teach young people that to participate in holy mass is being one with Jesus Christ's sacrifice.This leads young people to a wrong sense of purpose in attending the holy mass.
Jesus Christ is not doing sacrifice in this gospel.Jesus is doing enforcement of the law against paganism and he told Jews that he will enforce this even unto death on the cross.
