There is a way to structure a Chinese sentence where the persons name is revealed at the end, like how you can say “the person who is going to open their briefcase is Ludwig” and “Ludwig is the person who is going to open their briefcase.” context matters a lot in Chinese, just like any other language. Saying a persons name at the beginning is more for commons for everyday use, while saying a persons name at the end is more for revealing. I honestly don’t really know why the translaterchose to phrase it the way he did. Sorry if my explanation is confusing 😅

Now if in informal speech(while speaking) the Brazilians decide to speak grammatically incorrect, it isn't a case of the language being so different and more about speaking it without caring about the grammar rules. That's why in writing there never was a problem in understanding each other, the problem is in the speaking department . And regarding the flag situation it's probably just a simplification, in the end the language is Portuguese= Portugal. Maybe they could have done it like in the English, where they put both the UK and US flags, so it would be Brazilian+Portuguese.
