HOW TO MAKE BEEF EMPANADAS

In this video, I will share with you how I make beef empanadas from scratch. These empanadas can be baked in the oven or fried.
DOUGH
1 Cup All-purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Small Egg
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Water
FILLING
Ground beef
1/2 Tablespoon Smoked paprika powder
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon Dried oregano
1 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Onion
3-4 Sprigs of Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Chili flakes
*Enough (vegetable) oil to fry Or use an extra egg as egg-wash if empanadas are going to be baked in the oven.
