Over the past 10 years the number of people in Staffordshire starting a new apprenticeship has tabled from 3,830 to 9,310 in 2015. Not only are thousands of young people kick starting their career through apprenticeships, hundreds of Staffordshire employers are also realising the benefits of taking on an apprentice.
