Dobrze by było dać pomiędzy poszczególne kółka wielokrążka niewielkie przekładki tak aby jedno kółko nie tarło bokiem o drugie. W tym wielokrążku mamy nie tylko walkę z ciężarem ale i dodatkowo z tarciem między krążkowym, które powinno być jak najbardziej wyeliminowane. Ale za sam pomysł łapka w górę leci :)

I have a challenge for you. How can you design a pully system to be used for a dump trailer instead of a cylinder. If you would mount the pully system outside of the trailer in the front. Similar to a telescopic hydraulic cylinder. Say the dump box is 42" wide by 72" long by 24" tall, weighs 500 lbs with a load of 1500 lbs. The back of the box is on a hinge system and you trying to lift it to a 45 degree angle

Have you measured a,) what the block weighs, b,) how much line pull is required to lift it? Put scales under the block, to get the weight of the load. Then stand on the scale and get your base weight, pull down on the line until the load is lifted and read your weight. Subtract that figure from your base weight. Now devide the block weight by the line pull weight. What ever the figure, that's your lifting ratio!
That ratio includes friction for that spicific wieght (it will be different for each wight) ... normally lifting ratio is published NOT including friction .. just by counting the pulleys.

You only gain mechanical advantage on the traveling block not counting friction.
