I have made many alterations and modifications to make the kit more accurate.

There was something about those old steam ships , todays are just floating condominiums, the old ships had a look of stile , thats why we love the Titanic despite the terrible tragedy that surrounds it , it was a great ship . And i love the model really great job👍🏻😊

WOW, I love the hull strakes, the decks are so pristine before all the accoutrements of going to sea have to be joggled into the design, and it's monumental that you included A deck and the weatherdeck in the superstructure.

Don't think i'd have the patience to attempt this. Guess if u are obsessed this much with Titanic then you'd do it. Imagine how the builders felt constructing the REAL one & then it sank. I have recently seen a model with lights built-in but it was $1000, way too much for my pocket but it was great to look at. Finally, your model is extraordinary & may you treasure it for many years to come.

You should bae justly proud of the rigging and such details as the vents. I cringed when I saw the wing screws reversed, and the collapsibles as full lapstrake whaleboats, for all the other details gotten right, but I was too awed by the joggled plates, the benches, and the funnel return piping to care. It's a beautiful job. That grin on your face is well-earned. No mean job, that. It will give years of joy in the viewing, no doubt. Thank you for the experience!

"Convenience" for one thing. I'd just watched a 1:84 HMS Victory build, and remarked now this kit shifted drudgery from cutting many cannon ports to aligning many pre-cut portholes strips very precisely. We're SO far from competent to do either, it's like watching an athlete, singer, or dancer do something we can't. We chuckled over the idea of tackling such a task together. My skills lie elsewhere ...

I can't say Wow that looks amazing enough. I am a huge Titanic fan. I honestly did not belive the thumbnail to the video because it looked perfect! Even the Hull of the ship, My jaw was dropped the whole time. I have massive respect for you!
Oh my gosh I love this so much there's another CZcamsr that made a scale model of the Titanic four times the size as this one and it has more detail than ever it looks like that it's made for the Seas and me myself is working on a scale model of the Titanic

what a beautiful model. i used to make models of the Titanic when i was 8 yrs old by drawing the model pieces on paper cut them out and stuck them together.

Great build dude ! I love this ship . The frame for the grand staircase dome was gold not black but other than that well done on a magnificent build!

The frames for both First Class staircase skylights (yes, there were two, one forward, between the first and second funnels, which is the one everyone immediately thinks of "The Grand Staircase", and one aft, between the third and fourth funnels) were both made from wrought iron and were black, not gold or gilded.

Very nice.. How much is this kit and how many feet? Paper or wood?
Around £1000 for all parts. It's made of wood. And the model is just under 5 ft long.

Awesome model!! My father has been building a 1/200 model of the RMS Titanic, but from scratch. He bought a paper version and he crafted all the parts in wood( he's carpenter) but he had to leave the project because he couldn't find the plans(He started the project like 20 years ago!), now I'm trying to find the plans at this scale but with no results... Do you now of any site where I could buy them? It would make him so happy. Thanks!
it would be great if some Modelling Co. had smaller kits where decks could be removed to show the interior of this great ship with ready- furnished rooms and lounges for Passengers to enjoy and a light kit to show her grandeur at night. this looks very similar to the Model I bought years ago but it was Made in Korea but at that time I took one look at it and the task was WAY too daunting to do then, I gave it to a friend's Mother who loved it!!
