I really like this kid and Jordan Travis. Both look like they could be solid NFL QBs. His deep ball needs work but he seems to navigate the position well.

His balance while breaking tackles is top tier.
As an Oregon fan I have the utmost respect for Jayden Daniels. He beat us and is finding success in the sec. Hell of a player! I can’t wait to see where he gets drafted and see him play this year. He is a serious sleeper for the heisman! Dudes a stud
4:23 is his best highlight because it's one of the few times I ever seen him slide. He needs to do that in the NFL.

Bullshit! Max Johnson, in 2021, threw 11 more TD passes relative to JD5 and for more yards than JD5 threw in 2022, and he did it in less games, with a far worse OL, with a mediocre WR room, and without setting a new LSU and SEC record of 43 unnecessary sacks because JD5 incessantly holds on to the ball too damn long.
JD5 is the most overrated QB in LSU history. As even though the LSU WR room was by far the strength of this team going into the season, that best WR room in the SEC went virtually unused throughout the season exactly because JD5 is so freaking dysfunctional and incredibly mediocre.
Meanwhile, Garrett Nussmeier who is not only the best player on the team but also a future first rounder with elite arm talent, was forced to ride the bench for the entire season because Brian Kelly was so mentally incompetent that he named the worse passer on the team by a mile the starter at QB and despite the WR room being the strength of the tea going into the season.
Very apparently this loon thinks a measly 16 TD passes in the SEC with the best WR room in the country is sweet success. Man...talk about being mentally deficient!

I’m happy to see someone knows QB/ football. Even the commentators acknowledged JD being flushed “out of the pocket” in several games last season. Games are won or lost in the trenches.

Saints need to draft this kid next , would have been a steal if he came out this year, you never know until they get to the league and them big monsters are flying all around them but I like his composure and the way he takes care of the ball , i just watched the super bowl and jalen hurts had a helleva game and a helleva season , i like Hurts he’s a great young man but I didn’t think he would be this good in the nfl ,and I think JD can be better

Reports that he gained almost 30 lbs this season. I saw him, he definitely put on some weight. IDK if it's 30 but he definitely filled in some
kind of questionable. he'll sacrifice some of his speed and explosiveness. he's already not much of a passer.

Watch his 2023 tape he fix that. I'm realy liking this guy I have a feeling the teams that pick williams and maye might miss on this kid. He has moves for days looks like a better runner then Lamar and that is the best runner in the nfl.

and he runs like Forest Gump, so what's the problem? All you Mfers want to see rocket ball all day, but the run wears down Defenses in the 4th quarter. 5 long balls a game (20+ yards) is good, but the ground game and wearing out the defense is what lets you win close games. This is why the 49ers are so good even with a chump like Brock Purdy.

Yeah no accuracy, no arm strength and slow reads. Love the tigers but he's severely limited as a passer

Another agile runner but gets giddy in the pocket and skips progressions. Underthrows balls and needs to work on accuracy with NFL routes.
