I feel Patty was holding back since she spent her entire childhood being a gymnast.
On one hand yes.
On the other hand some of these are next to impossible for women because of body structures like the horse ploammers. It is an exercice for men who carry their weight on their upperboddy.
While women carry their weight in their butt and legs (for childbirth).

@@wertyuiopasd6281 It's a strength issue, has nothing to do with man/woman. A man with adequate flexibility could do beam, just like a woman with enough shoulder strength could do pommel.

@@KindaAmazing667 well of course, female gymnasts are super strong and have amazing coordination, but the big difference where sex is important, that a man could do beam and destroy everyone, a woman could do pommel but wouldn't ever be a top athlete among men. Doing is one thing, exceling in it is another. Men are physically stronger, we have sex segregated sports for a reason, males would just dominate almost every sport.
I think you’d have a bright future in gymnastics if you ever wanted it 😌

Leanbeefpatty was obviously holding back. She used to go gymnastics as a kid and teen. Her form and muscle memory are still there!

Patty didn't hold back, she just doesn't train specifically for gymnastics anymore. Her focus is mobility and hypertrophy from her videos. Childhood is pretty far back too.
You could tell she used to do gymnastics. You can also tell she wasn’t holding back and was rusty. Jesse actually did extremely well for never trained gymnastics too. If he didn’t do as well she would have looked phenomenal.
Patty is an all around athlete! Amazing!

Well….I’ve got to come clean. Jesse has gotten me addicted to his music. I once was a lad that listened to country and light rock now I’ve had his Spotify playlists on repeat. I have to say, I've had some bad experiences with gym bros but jesse seems really nice and genuine! it's nice to see men who aren't insecure around athletic/buff women
No man is insecure about any woman. Boys are insecure around women, not men. I know there's stronger or better woman than me at athletic stuff and I would gladly befriend them and even like them. I personally find Patty incredibly gorgeous and contrary to the belief, very femenine, so I would definitely crush on her in real life.
Then we would need to see what are you talking about guys being insecure, because many times women would call men insecure just because they don't react the way they want them too, and that's kinda idiotic and manipulative. You cannot expect anyone to behave the way you want to, that's simply egolatric and selfish. So, mind if i hear more about your bad experiencies? Just curious if they really were insecure people or there is something else.
@gymzofrenico unfortunately many of the gym bros I've personally met are really judgmental and if you're not a perfect 10 and skinny then you basically aren't human to them. I've had those types of guys tell me how fat and ugly I am so many times that it doesn't even matter to me anymore

I know there's blunt people, but there's no way that many people told you how fat and ugly you are, at least not directly, and if that happened, how come you only befriend that people? Damn hilarious, you are the one to blame if you keep finding people like that all the time.
Maybe you are the first one that is being superficial and only going for guys that look good and expect them to like you as you are while you exercise the utmost superficial bias yourself, which is kinda common nowadays, specially for women, because they get told in social media how pretty, how amazing, how perfect they are, and then expect everyone to treat them like queens while they do not apply the same standards. I would say the main problem is you yourself being superficial. Plus why would you even try something with someone that is clearly fit and prefers people that is fit, while you are not? If you want people that is fit, then go and lose body fat and keep muscle or win muscle. I don't see how you have anything in common with a muscular lean girl, because you seem the opposite to me.
Anyways, even if that were to be true and so many people were to be so blunt, maybe that means that you are actually ugly and fat, and you can change that, at least the fat. As for the ugly you can always use make up, and most time with losing fat you become better looking, so don't worry about that, I'm pretty sure you as a woman have it better to appeal to the people than a man of the same beauty.
You don't have to be skinny to be a 10, but from the picture you have, mam, let me tell you, your percentage of body fat is well above average, so maybe that's the issue, but you can keep telling yourself a lie and think that you are not fat, or is just a bit of extra fat, bla bla, well no its not.
I'm being blunt, but truthful, not in a disrespectful way, I don't mean to insult, to take that into account because I benefit nothing from disrespecting you, i'm just telling you what I can see, so maybe you can change that and avoid the same situation happening to you.
Other thing you can do is actually befriend people that is nice, and not trying to befriend people that look good on a superficial bias, because I'm pretty sure thats what you do, I mean, i've been to like 5-6 different gyms in different places, and there's no freaking way that every single gym guy is that disgusting as you are describing, because most of people I've meet are nice people that will treat anyone very well, so either you are lying or you are doing as I say and trying to go for the good looking guys while you don't look that good yourself and then also expect them to treat you in some way you want. Well that's not happening.
Seriously, there's no way in the world i'm believing what you are telling me because i've lived it, I also have female friends that tell me their experiences at gym and that doesn't happen, even if you are ugly and fat, unless you go and try to flirt/befriend people that are not nice, want to focus on their workouts or simply want someone that doesn't look like you.
Instead of generalizing and saying "men" and trying to make it look like there's no nice men in the gym, that they don't like muscular lean woman (spoiler, we do, a lot) and making look like is impossible to find good men, analyze your situation and make sure you are not the first one ignoring the actual nice people around you, which is very common and expecting the people you want (biased by superficiality) to treat you like you want (not being superficial to you) and then ignore all the other nice people for you to generalize about that people. Seriously, this is very common and you guys do it all the time, and most of the time the problem is yourself.
Finally gotta add, if guys like skinny girls that's their preference and you are no one to judge, or trying to force anyone to like whatever you desire. Obviously treating everyone with respect is something every respectful person should be doing, but I'm still reluctant from your statements, pretty much fake or you are not telling the entire thing.
