I would say that Jeff’s strength was that he remembered little details that he later brought back to the forefront like people‘a names and such
Go look up Andrew Schultz for crowd work.. and usually I don't like comedians laughing at themselves but his laugh he does laughing at himself makes it so much better 🤣🤣🤣

This takes real talent though. Most comedians write their set at home, taking as long as they want, then do that same show over and over.
He's got a phenomenal memory & demonstrates it at the end of his routine. Hilarious & definitely worth the watch.
Best crowd work. He was not ugly, mean, or condescending to anyone. The other positive is that he seemed to enjoy his time giggling with everyone in the room. Bravo!

I can not believe the SKILL of his improvisation. Off the cuff so legitimately funny and authentic! Nothing seemed pre-planned. It's like watching a high-wire act without a net! BRILLIANT! Absolutely a big fan of Jeff Leeson now! I am so glad I watched this video!

Crowd comedians can often be just mean and insulting when they roast. This on the other hand was done with taste and respect. Very well done. And the recall at the end of all the people, their name and their stories, genius move. He really connected with the audience.

. The only tip I can give you is please don't stop what you're doing. No matter how bad things get, never quit doing comedy. You are a natural, you're killing it had me in tears, I have not laughed out loud in a looong time

I've watched many of Jeff's other routines online and let's just say, they wouldn't be appropriate for Provo. When I saw he was on Dry Bar, I thought, "Are you kidding, no way should he be here." But he was incredibly funny and showed a whole new dimension to his talent. Well done!

I have noticed that the absolute best crowd work comedians usually make themselves giggle. Makes sense, because every joke they make is new to them too.
I am fascinated by the way his mind works. The ability to have a discovery conversation with a completely unknown person, mentally bookmark the key points that have potential for future use, and then zero in on the perfect opportunity to circle back and close the loop...it's genius. What's really amazing, is that this presentation feels every bit as polished as a scripted and seasoned act. I'm also a combination of extremely impressed, and slightly jealous of the confidence in your craft it must take to step in front of a crowd for a half hour with no script. I would definitely pee myself.
