Yeah but ट and ड never change, which makes them sound ridiculous to other English speakers. English T and D aren't supposed to be retroflex. No language in the world has retroflex stops only, the languages that have them (like Indian languages) contrast them with dental stops (त, द).
That's the reason why everyone makes fun of Indian English accents.
