Umhlanga a bustling suburb in Kwa-Zulu Natal South Africa has a wonderful trail that flows along the nature reserve there. I did the trail and enjoyed it.
i got to walk on a bridge plus have a look at a beautiful stream and a river called the Ohlanga river.

the trail is open i ran it last week Sumeran. ran all the way to umdloti/sibaya trail and back. it's paradise...

The reason the trail is blocked,is because the chemical threat from the insurrection poses a risk to the public..so Environment Affairs asked that the reserve to be closed...until restoration is completed....

sumeran the reserve was damaged in the KZN floods in 2022... Crazy to think it's still not repaired
