Yeah that’s the one I rec to people when talking about polyphia. It’s really difficult to blend hip hop and metal (in most cases it doesn’t sound good at all imo) but they found a perfect balance. Also helps that lil west found the perfect pocket to rap in for that song as well

If you wanted something more in the rap/hip hop range, try chimera, or fuck around and find out, off the same album. If you want something more heavy, bloodbath has chino moreno from the deftones. One of my favorite features, though, is the song ABC. It's a pop vibe, and it's a killer song. Any of those, I'd love to see you guys react to! Subbing for more!

Welcome to the rabbit hole of Polyphia. And the bands sound is unique in the way they use harmonics (ringing flat/bell) from the guitars. Recommend listening to older video G. O. A. Polyphia is definitely a band for other musicians. Hard to understand how insane their technical game is when you haven't tried the instruments yourself

Definitely not prog metal. Check out between the buried and me- white walls. They’re a proper prog metal band. Polyphia has some older stuff that’s more metal-ish but they’re just more virtuoso instruments in many styles. “Champagne” is a little more metal sounding. Great tune whatever you call it. Great reaction fellas!
One of my favorite polyphia songs which also has a vocal feature is “abc” feat. Sophia Black. It’s very poppy and kind of divisive for the fan base.
