The financial statements are supposed to disclose income and expenses of the business. Sometimes the statements need to be recast in the sense that expenses are sometimes lumped together so it's not clear as to what some components of the expenses are as distinct from others. This information may be critical to the buyer to understand how it might be able to operate the business more efficiently and more profitably by understanding each of the components of the expenses.
