This is an excellent idea mate. So many dice towers out there, but you don't really get to see the whole reason for making the tower. Not till the anti-clamtic end. Your tower is awesome and a great idea.
I've been working on a tower, using primarily popsicle sticks for durability. I went the way of using the ends as the circle and trimming triangles out of the rest; it is taking forever. Hopefully the result is satisfying, though!
Finally a dice tower my limited art skills have a chance of making. 🤟 So cool and yet looks fairly easy to reproduce, thanks for sharing. My only concern would be perhaps be how well 4 sided die tumble down it.
I made a Dice Tower that while unopened it looks like a book, and carry some dice, a medium sized pencil, eraser and sharpener if needed. Also working on one that the main tower part is a skull and then depending how the dice bounce down they can come out either eye socket or from the mouth which is corralled with in the jaw bone.
Thank you! I just want to comment - make sure to put the stairs close together so that the 4 and 6 sided dice continue rolling. It works great when done right. Best wishes and keep rolling!
Great idea man. I'm building one now after seeing this. One for 40k looking futuristic and one for d&d. It's crazy what you can use for making things for tabletop.I always save weird shaped objects and little bits and pieces. Especially leftovers from old model car kits and sprues. Right now I'm building a toxic waste silo outta a mountain dew can and model car bits😂 lead belcher and nulin oil shade and shade gloss
Fancy buttons from jackets or pants are cool for pressure plates. Like the towers in dark souls where the pressure plate activates the elevator in in the tower. I have a tower using that concept on one of my desert builds however No one replicated That tower. And to me that was one of the most iconic things about dark souls is waiting to die in that 5 minute long tower elevator 😆🥳
I tried this out and sadly I think because I did not overlap my bricks enough, the dice dont roll down it well. I am hoping once I paint it and put in sticks to help the stairs lean up a little, it should help it. LOVE THIS though thank you
This is great. I've been looking for some crafty stuff to do with all this junk I've got lying around. I don't always have the right tools, tho, or the money for them, but it's really the ideas that are hardest to come by sometimes. I'm creative, but crafting isn't my main thing. Any advice for getting a cheap glue gun?
Glad you like it as far as a cheap glue gun id spend a little extra money get an adjustable temp i dont have one and am constantly unplugging and plugging it back in to keep it at rhe twmp i want
This is awesome. I'm definitely trying it out. Did you take it back apart to paint it? Or did you paint it before you assembled it? Thanks for the primo content.
If you want I think some clear perspex pipes would be epic for a sturdy tower, maybe make another series where you have a highend version of your builds
I gave this a like, and here's a comment: You put a million (okay three) tiles over your glamour shots. I hope sometime in the last two years you've stopped doing that.

Genuinely curious what you think the purpose of a dice tower is.
I would have loved to see the painting process! The final result looks sooo good

Brilliantly done. Upcycling items for fun is a true art.

they do pretty well in his version. make sure the stairs are steep enough and it should be fine
If they don’t you can shake it and see them coming loose til they make it out. The clear sides are clutch.
D4s do work well like they said just keep the stairs steep or send a dice down after it if you need to
"I cut my circles into 6 pieces," he said, cutting them into 8 pieces.
Great video, though! Totally want to make one of these now
It happens
if i had to guess that is the standard move to slice pizza, the 6 pieces one :D
Now I would like to see how a glass bottle and polymer clay would look. Welp guess thats my next project. Thanks for the idea.

I love how you make the stairs
Absolutely brilliant
This is amazing! Clear tower is such a good idea! love this so much! 💕

i don't even play tabletops often, but this looks totally like something i'd make myself if i needed one :o awesome idea!
Very neat Idea. and the painted finished product looks beautiful.
Thanks
As someone who is building most of their D'n'D stuff by hand because they cant afford to buy a lot of the stuff... *THANK YOU!*
Your welcome glad i can help
I would have liked to see how you painted and decorated it as well.
Wow Dude. That is really cool. Simple and awesome. I love little projects like these. First time viewer here but I love your video.
Thanks
An Nt circle would work really well for this buil
this is awesome! I'm totally gonna try to build this. do you have video of you painting it?
Absolute genius! Good for u! I’m gonna make one now too!
Hear me out folks,
Motte and Bailey dice tower
try a sock over your mic that will help with the POPS and PEAKS nice tower tho
Oh, now that's a fun little build! 😎

I love it. I think I will make your tower for my RPG
That's a very cool idea there mate

That's a neat ... twist ... on the usual towers. ;-)
Holy smokes, that is so damn cool!
That’s cool man!
This is brilliant! 👏🏻
thanks
How the hell did you paint the stairs lol
Amazing tower, you are incredibly talented ♡♡
The plastic goes on after the paint
to remove the glue just use a white spirit
Nice one my fellow Dice-a-neer.
This is awesome. I'm definitely trying it out. Did you take it back apart to paint it? Or did you paint it before you assembled it? Thanks for the primo content.
Thanks
I painted everything before I assembled it
How do the pyramids work in there?
Awesine tutorial, thanks for sharing!
Very creative, I enjoyed the vid.
Sir you are an absolute chad
Great video
SO COOL !
this is really cool
Thanks man!
Amazing
They should use these at the casinos.
Nice tower! Can anybody tell me what the white sheet is?
What that blue square thing is called?
It's a beauty.
Thanks
There are Eight... Eight Lights! - The Mantra of Picard
D6 and Jesse at the tower.

I'm a bit worried a D4 might get stuck in that stairwell. How's it doing, mate?
It works fine theres a short on the channel with them rolling through
sick
What dis you use to make the steps?
Dollar store foam board
XPS polystyrene?
Subscribing purely on that awesome name XD
What is the name of the material in which you cut the circles?
The circle for the stairs is dollor store foam core board
Or expanded poster board

Probably not
glad you like it
a great video o/
does it work for all variations of dice. like 4 sided and 8 sided
It does theres a video of it in action on the channel
cool
Does it work with d4s?
Yep steps are steep enough to work
It has more problems with d20 because of my spacing at the top
6 = 8 ?
If your talking about the steps yep i said 6 instead of 8
What no demo? Where's the dice?
Uploaded a short enjoy czcams.com/users/shortsF7EPe0velpQ?feature=share
Very smart idea! Thanks for some inspiration with mine. Mikey V.
