- I've never had better customer service from all levels of the hotel, from reception, to bell-boy, to concierge and even (and especially in this case) the maid! Truly exceptional! This is a classic hotel, steeped in history and I've been waiting a long long time to check it out - so glad I did! If you ever visit Havana, you must stay here!
The housekeepers English is very good ! The hotel is gorgeous…Thank you for sharing !

I am looking to go there in December and worried the rooms will be too hot. Do they have fans or AC? I can't sleep if it is too hot
yeah, i was there too in 2018 and the pool was out of function
