Their scooters look awesome. I agree with you about the damper. It should definitely be included. If anything, just increase price of the scooter by $150 and include it.
Excellent review. I LOVE the fact that you are close to my 6'2 and 300 lb frame.. Question brother, does it bother you that it doesn't have an adjustable handlebar height for your 6'1 tall height? I was between this scooter and the Solar p1 pro. I'm a size 13 feet... Any problems with the deck? Great review ‼️‼️
I had to do the same thing with my headlight. I have about 450 miles on mine so far, had my first flat (rear) and was surprised to find even though it has tubeless tires, there was a tube in there and it had ripped at the valve stem seal. Had a spare 10x3 off road tire and tube so threw that on and so far probably more durable than the tires it came with. No side lighting issue. Got a random error code on one ride that indicated controller issue but power off and back on got rid of it, no issues since. Overall I've been happy with it. That being said, I am glad I got the extended warranty.
Wow 450 miles you really been riding 👌🏽 I'm just waiting for the spring time to arrive so I can really ride out and enjoy the scooter was it easy to change the tire from 1-10
It was a solid 7 or 8. You need two people and decent size pry bars to get the tire back on with the tube. There's no way around it, the rim will come away with some superficial scratches. Eventually I want to go PMT for both motors. Have a backup plan on tap with tires and tubes. 10x3 worked fine and didn't interfere with guards. @@ROADRUNNER_876
I've taken this scooter out on a mountain bike trail with a ton of roots and hills, I did end up with a flat tire because I had a tiny piece of wire in my tire when I started riding the path.
@@ROADRUNNER_876 i love it, we put a new tire on and I've been riding it almost every day since then. I took it for a 40 mile ride to Lake Erie 2 weeks ago.
Agree. Its required. I hit a tiny pothole at 40mph...death wobble happened. I have the original RS5+. they gave me 50% off on the steering damper. What a difference it makes. Its a must. How were your brakes? Mine required the brakes ro be bled. Also, keep checking your tire air pressure before every ride. I have over 1000 miles on my rs5+
I actually like the breaks but my back has a little rub to it I just have a little over 200 miles on mine this scooter definitely needs a damper it should come with one for the price if you ask me thanks for watching
If the stem wobbles thats very DANGEROUS! at high speed! Can roadrunner fix that stem wobbles maybe upgrade it? The roadrunner rs5 max it has a different stem they learn their mistakes.
Nice take, I was looking at one of those but feel it to a deal i couldn't pass up. Nice looking scooter, if you want it more stable at speed I bet street tires will tame the wobble. My Yume hawk had hybrid tires and they mad it wobble after 30 and noisy. 👍
He just needs a steering damper for stability I have rs5. Rovoron deal is same I got. Only thing like better about my rs5 over rovoron, plug n play, sine wave controller, display, key, removable battery...performance about same as far as top speed
@@AllJuiceNoBrakes I definitely prefer sin wave as it is so much smoother and I miss the plug and play. My Yume had a damper but it didn't help to much, it was way faster and picked up speed faster then the Rovoron but just never felt safe.

I removed my fenders. I have stem wobble but the knob didnt help. It appears to be internal. I also wish it came with road tires. I will upgrade them soon. I have yet to hit top speed. The scooter is fast.
@ROADRUNNER_876 with steering damper will stop the wobbles. But NOT the stem kNOB locking mechanism right? Even you stalled a steering damping but your stem locking mechanism getting loose it's still dangerous! Try the LOCTITE blue this will hold that stem getting loose. I did a satellite gps speed test on the Rs5 Max and it only goes between 35-40mph. Roadrunner lied about their 52v scooter reaching 50mph top speed. Their is a Kukirin G3 Pro that keeps it real about their 52v scooter going 40mph and it's $700 dollars cheaper than the Rs5 Max. 35-40mph ain't bad.
