Learn German Lesson 19 - Definite articles | definitartikel
When it comes to speaking or writing German language, articles play a huge role. In Lesson 19 you will learn the 3 main articles (der, die, das) in their nominative form.
There are three genders in German, and each one of them has an article - der, die or das. These are called definite articles.
The learning objectives for this lesson are as follows:
    • What is “Nominative”? (“wer?” and “was?”)
    • What is substantive?
    • Types of articles (definite articles, indefinite articles and negative articles)
Although there will be a short discussion on the types of articles, this video will focus on the definite articles. At the end of the video, you will find a table to help you understand what you have learned in this video. Don’t forget to note it down.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to write!
