First, get an Iranian SIM card and download the Naseem Rezvan application. You will receive a code in a message to enter in the app. Then, click on the dining hall section, and you will receive a message that you need to show at the counter in the Imam Reza restaurant. With one message, you can get 3 tokens at the counter. Three unused passports are necessary at the time of getting the tokens.
After getting the token, they will give you a schedule for either lunch or dinner, depending on availability. Additionally, you can also request packing.
