David Coverdale is lead singer. The girl in the video is actress/model Tawny Kitaen, which at the time was his girlfriend and later wife in 1989.sadly,she passed away in 2021 at only 59.She is featured in other Whitesnake videos.
Dude was fully gonna eat her face off. 😂 Man, this song is great, this was the soundtrack to a very memorable and hilarious road trip I took a few years ago. We better be seeing Def Leppard - Pour Some Sugar on Me this week!
As a massive Whitesnake fan, I personally resent them being labeled as “Hair Metal” because musically they don’t sound anything like Poison or Motley Crüe. Whitesnake has always been a heavy, soulful blues band. It’s just that they got their guitar muscle amped out on their 1984 release of Slide it in, courtesy of John Sykes. Yes, they puffed up their hair, so what? Everyone did that at the time
How about some female fronted "hair metal": Vixen - How Much Love, Warlock - All We Are, Lita Ford - Kiss me Deadly, Femme Fatale - Falling In & Out Of Love, Doro - Unholy Love.

Whitesnake and def leppard! Now you're speaking my language.
🤣🙌
This was the album version, the single version started with drums etc, not a slow starter.
I really like that song. Uncle George and I are watching this together. He has headphones.
Going down the only road I've ever known

I don’t know what it was about a hot girl rolling all over cars, in 80’s music videos.
Love your videos. Laugh the ENTIRE time. I'm going to say something controversial yet brave, Joe can get it.
