It doesn't get better until episode 5. 3 is too early to tap out. Sitcoms are not hour long serials that force you to endure 60 or more minutes of story. They're much shorter and therefore need more episodes to get into the groove. I wasn't really feeling it with this show until episode 5 and I think you should give it another chance.
