What a great film this was, so interesting to see a glimpse into a project like this and Alec's mind. The photos out of this were published in "Broken Manual" - I would love to be able to get a copy of that book, but it's incredibly expensive these days. Anyway, great film.
"Broken Manual" is included in "Gathered Leaves Annotated" check it out. It's not the same as having the actual copy of the original book of course, but still it is very satisfying to read. Hope I helped!
It’s because there was a copyright conflict with the audio. Fortunately, it doesn’t really effect the story very much - I’m not even sure if Alec has dialog during it.
