This was such an amazing video. Your videos recently came up on my recommendations, and I ended up binging all of them. Congratulations on finishing your masters. That is such an amazing accomplishment. I really appreciate the way you created and described your goals sheets. I am huge with productivity and keeping everything tracked and organized. Sometimes journaling can be a bit much, but this is a perfect and simple way that can help you visualize and manifest! I am glad your videos came up on my feed. Cheers to 2023!
I'm so excited to see how your 2023 goes. Your procrastination videos were wayyyy too familiar to me except I had to drop honours rather than managing to complete it unfortunately, which I'm still kicking myself over years later lol. As someone with ADHD, so much of what you say could describe my life, I just haven't yet been able to actually stick to being consistent. It sounds like such a simple goal but having consistency as your primary 2023 goal is so revolutionary and empowering, so I'm super inspired having watched this. Good luck!! :)
Honestly I think this video came at the perfect moment for me…in the beginning when you’re describing how you felt in 2021, that’s how I have felt throughout this year! It just occurred to me last night that I’ve always made my New Year’s resolutions around goals that might win some sort of external approval…but really, isn’t the ultimate goal to be happy?
Omg I relate to you so much… sleep and order are literally so important for your mental health, it’s so important to not spread yourself too thin. I am really inspired by your goal to be happy too!
