- Walker Creek is a small town with a dark secret: a hidden society of parasitic aliens taking over human hosts and turning them into shapeshifting creatures known as skinwalkers or the Hosted, with a secret human rebellion fighting for decades to stop them. After acquiring VHS tapes with evidence of the infestation from his recently-deceased father George, Daniel Shephard realizes that he has to find the truth behind his hometown, discover how to stop the Hosted, and figure out how his father was involved.
This feature-length or "standalone" cut is a re-edited version of the Walker Creek Broadcast Station immersive narrative / unfiction / ARG webseries in order to make, essentially, a found footage horror film. It also includes three alternate scenes not seen in the series.

I really enjoyed it! Elijah did a great job.
This caught my interest and kept it 100x more than 75 percent of stuff on Netflix, Hulu etc. I'm a horror and ff lover.

That was a totally different story than the one I experienced XD
Soooo far my only point of comparison for this is EverymanHybrid LOL in terms of indie filming, and acting. I'm still trying to follow the lore inside the story or the plot. I'm at 23:00 mark, and long haired guy (Adam?) reminds me of the character of Evan (Evan? lol i think, i've forgotten the entire thing but i loved watching that series).

Terrible sound quality
It's found footage, of course it has terrible sound quality.
So unwatchable (Shakey cam) and inaudible is the mark of good found footage films now..
Realism is one thing.
If you can't here it, or watch it.. there wasn't much point making it in the 1st place

I'm a great believer in credit always where it's due.
And!! There was much to like in this.
But it remains a fact. If you can't watch or hear a film properly, it doesn't matter how good the story, cast etc are. It's a failure on the part of the director/crew

please work on your acting and dialouge guys... like the guy in denim jacket who changes his voice to sound more scary(ITS JUST SO DUMB) and it just got worse with the others "actors" i have knocked out many guys on pubs and discos but im not a boxer JUST LIKE YOU GUYS ARE NOT ACTORS
You do realize that they probably had no budget. If you expected something like Friday The 13th, than you are wrong as hell.
